Drew Harris was Garda Commissioner of An Garda Síochána from 2018 to 2025, leading Ireland’s national police and security service.

Prior to this, he served for over three decades in policing in Northern Ireland, including as Deputy Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), with responsibility for security, intelligence and crime operations.

Drew’s extensive leadership in policing, community safety, organisational reform and combating human trafficking brings valuable experience to Ruhama’s Board of Trustees.
