Training Officer (Regional) Full-Time, Permanent
The postholder will co-ordinate and deliver training nationwide and will be based at one of Ruhama’s Regional Offices.
The Regional Training Officer will report to the Head of Services and will work collaboratively with the Training Lead to co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate a range of training packages including individual bespoke training to frontline practitioners & non frontline organisations (statutory, non-statutory, community and voluntary organisations) regionally across Ireland. Working collaboratively with the Training Lead, the post holder will also have responsibility for the design and development of all training and to assist the establishment of an accredited evidence-based Training Hub.
Salary: Training Officer (Regional) €44,781 – €56,089 depending on experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a holistic person-centred approach to care and case management for service users who have been impacted by prostitution and trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, including engaging in assertive outreach in collaboration with other service providers as well as in-reach to service providers.
Competitive Salary Scale, pro rata of €39,951 – €56,089 applies, depending on relevant experience

Trauma Therapists
Trauma Therapists at Ruhama are responsible for providing short-, medium- and long-term trauma therapy/counselling and trauma informed interventions to women impacted by prostitution and human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation. The post holders work in collaboration with other service providers to meet the psychological needs of this vulnerable cohort. Full roles details are contained in the job description for each role.

Head of Services (Permanent, Full-Time)
Reporting to and deputising for the CEO, this role has a number of direct reports and encompasses leadership and oversight of all Ruhama’s service provision to those impacted by prostitution and human trafficking for sexual exploitation. The Head of Services will support the CEO in planning to ensure the organisation structure and accountabilities are aligned with strategic and operational requirements, implementing improvements and changes as required.
A competitive salary scale of €81,000 to €88,000 per annum applies, depending on relevant experience.
It is intended to schedule interviews for this role in the week commencing 12th January 2026.

Peer Support Project Worker (Permanent, Full-time)
To set up a peer support service for individuals who have been impacted by prostitution and human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, to form effective and empathic peer relationships based on collective understanding of their shared experiences, the impact of this experience, recognition of self-determination, strengths, resilience, empowerment and hope and use this to advocate and work towards system change while leading a flourishing life for themselves.
All support to be delivered using a trauma informed approach from a human rights and social justice perspective, while upholding lived experience work values and principles to build relationships with people accessing the peer support and service.
Competitive Salary Scale, pro rata of €39,951 – €47,596 applies.
