Bridge To Work Officer (Part-time – Permanent)

Our services are free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Ruhama also advocates to influence policy that supports and protects women.
The Bridge to Work Programme (BTW) is an innovative programme where service users are supported to obtain meaningful employment. The BTW Officer will be based in Dublin and will assist the BTW Lead to support service users to gain paid work placements and employment, and to support them to maintain employment and/or progress in their careers.

- Part-Time role – 20 hours per week
- Competitive Salary Scale – €35,256 – €47,935 pro rata

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a holistic person-centred approach to care and case management for service users who have been impacted by prostitution and trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, including engaging in assertive outreach in collaboration with other service providers as well as in-reach to service providers.

Regional Training Officer (Permanent, Full-time)
Position Overview
Applications are now invited for the above position.
The postholder will co-ordinate and deliver training nationwide and will be based at one of the Ruhama Regional Offices.

Founded in 1989, our organisation has extensive expertise in providing a wide range of specialist, holistic support services. Our services are free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Ruhama also advocates to influence policy that supports and protects women. The Regional Training Officer will report to the Head of Services and will work collaboratively with the Training Lead to co- ordinate, deliver and evaluate a range of training packages including individual bespoke training to frontline practitioners & non frontline organisations
(statutory, non- statutory, community and voluntary organisations) regionally across Ireland and work collaboratively with the Training lead in the design and development of all training. The Regional Training Officer will work in conjunction with the training lead on the establishment of an accredited evidence- based Training Hub.
