Finance Officer

The Finance Officer will be based in Dublin and will ensure Ruhama has robust governance and effective accounting management systems in place to provide accurate financial reporting and financial information to the Head of Finance & Operations.
Previous experience working in the NGO and/or Charity sector is highly desirable and will be an advantage.

Details:

  • Full-Time role – 35 hours per week
  • Competitive Salary Scale – €51,718 – €61,866 (depending on experience)

Ruhama are seeking to appoint an experienced, committed and enthusiastic HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function within Ruhama and, by working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, to develop the HR structures within the organisation which includes, but is not limited to, administration (leave, time& attendance, policies & procedures etc.), performance management, employee engagement, workforce and succession planning.

Administrator/Receptionist
Full-time – 35 hours per week

prostitution, sex trafficking and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation. Founded in 1989, our
organisation has extensive expertise in providing a wide range of specialist, holistic support services.
Our services are free, confidential and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Ruhama also
advocates and engages in policy work on issues related to prostitution, sex trafficking and the
experiences of the women we work with.

The Administrator/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all service users and visitors
accessing Ruhama. They will provide front of house reception duties including meet and greet whilst
overseeing the reception area and ensuring the effective setting up, recording and running of
appointments and meetings. They will support the smooth running of the office and give
administrative support to the delivery of our services.

Terms:

  • 25 days annual leave per annum pro rata.
  • The Administrator/Receptionist is based and works from the Ruhama offices in Dublin 2.
  • The role is permanent and full-time, 35 hours per week rostered Monday to Friday.
  • The salary range for the role is €31,000 to €38,000 pro rata per annum. The salary offered to

Caseworker
Full-time Maternity Leave Contract
Mid-West Region – Limerick Base

prostitution, human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation. Founded in 1989, our
organisation has extensive expertise in providing a wide range of specialist, holistic support services.
Our services are free, confidential and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Ruhama also
advocates and engages in policy work on issues related to prostitution, sex trafficking and the
experiences of the women we work with.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a holistic person-centred approach to care
and case management for service users who have been impacted by prostitution and trafficking for
the purpose of sexual exploitation, including engaging in assertive outreach in collaboration with other
service providers as well as in-reach to service providers.

Competitive Salary Scale, pro rata of €39,951 – €56,089 applies, depending on relevant experience.

The aim of the Education and Development programme is to facilitate service users’ unique learning pathways. The post holders will assist the Education & Development Coordinator in providing a range of opportunities for service users to work on their education goals; and in delivering a quality, trauma-informed service, which adheres to the principles and practice of adult and community education.

Details

  • Two Permanent and Full-Time roles – 35 hours per week
  • One role is based in Ruhama HQ in Dublin 2
  • The location of the second role is flexible and may be based in Dublin 2 or at one of Ruhama’s Regional offices in Limerick City, Tullamore or Cork City.
  • Competitive Salary Scale applies – €35,609 – €54,914 (depending on experience)
